The nose is incredibly clean offering, distinct notes of green tea, yuzu zest, hinoki cypress, and champagne mango. The palate is pleasantly dry, crisp and refreshing a gentle mingling a green peppercorn and herbs lifts the gin up and hovers for a lasting finish.
