Tasting Note:
Distinctive notes of burnt honey, lime zest, grapefruit pith, oregano and mango come to the nose. There is a decided green, savory, freshness to the nose followed by warming vanilla from the oak. Lively and spicy on the palate with brushstrokes of nutmeg, grilled pineapple and a gorgeous dulce-de-leche on the finish.
