Tasting Note:
Bright gold color. Reluctant bouquet is measured but potent early-on then with aeration it explodes in waves of sea salt, sea air, campfire. Flavor direction is all about the peat suddenly as the malt takes a back seat until the aftertaste when it reemerges with a bang.
