Tasting Note:
Honey color. The aromatic emphasis is not - surprisingly - on the peat but rather on the soft malt/cereal grain fragrance. Flavor profile is toasty, roasted, intensely grainy, lean, austere, incredibly complex but straightforward. Finishes dry, beany/kernel-like, zesty.
