Tasting Note:
Topaz appearance. Nose is slightly prickly, vibrant, off-dry, deeply cereal-like, floral, grainy, waxy, peppery, clean. Flavor profile features the cereal aspect but also traces of almond paste, dried peach, dried apricot, toffee, and a touch of wood smoke. Pleasing finish.
