Tasting Note:
Spicy and piquant on the nose, with briny green olive, black pepper, thyme, and bitter orange aromas coming forward. Juniper-laden, briny, and racy on the palate, this is quite complex and very lively. Plum, citrus, and pine build on the finish. Outstanding.
