Tasting Note:
Reminiscent of a fine oloroso sherry, this packs a lot of punch. Nuts, honey, flowers, and tart fruit fill the glass. The palate is bright and youthful, yet has telling notes of rancio and cashew. Seriously delicious and imminently complex.
