The aromas of this mezcal are not overpowering. There's actually a gentle heady infusion of some charred pineapple core, fresh flowers, and jalapeno pepper. The palate, however, is exotically pungent and packed with flavor. That includes notes of mesquite, bbq sauce, mustard seeds, sesame seeds, cooked guava, brown sugarcane and leaves. It’s really phenomenal and has a deep smokey nature that coats the mouth.
