Tasting Note:
The clean barnyard nose does nothing to prepare the enjoyer of this acholado for the burst of orange blossom on the palate. Clementines, apricots, candied kumquats, bergamot--all types of sturdy yet delicate floral notes found in and around orange fruits are present in this utterly delightful pisco.
