Tasting Note:
Although fairly light in color, this malt’s bombastic nose shows of preserved lemon, toasted cereal grains, stewed seaweed, and most of all plumes of campfire smoke. Although still laden with rugged flavors, the tasting impression also shows elegance and a hint of vanilla bean.
