Tasting Note:
Barrel notes are utterly enjoyable in this rum and express themselves in a blast of vanilla with back-up dancers of such favored baking spices nutmeg, allspice, cinnamon and clove. Dried orange peel and cocoa nib give dimension to this rum that also recalls fresh and fluffy gingerbread.
