Tasting Note:
Like a locked, old chest, this mezcal encourages you to peek in through the cracks and find the treasures therein. Here, the smoke is not at the fore, but a buttress for notes of pineapple husk, underripe cantaloupe, and marinated artichoke. Very long finish.
