Tasting Note:
Fascinating nose, almost reminiscent of great Syrah from the northern Rhône Valley. Black pepper, black olive, graphite, cured meats, smoke, crushed flowers and thyme. Elegant and structured on the palate, with dark fruit and minerals. An excellent wine.
