Tasting Note:
This is an admirably sophisticated sparkler from California with a brilliant nose of buttery brioche, preserved lemon, and apple compote. The wine's bubbles are incredibly fine and fill the mouth with a long, rich, mineral finish with lacy sea salt and citrus.
