Tasting Note:
A classically styled Cabernet with a fresh nose of boysenberry, cassis, dark cranberry, and roasted fennel. In the mouth the wine spreads broadly distributing ripe tannins and flavors of baked pepper, dark chocolate, and black cherry peel.
