Tasting Note:
Hickory smoke, ripe red plum, and vanilla custard make up this creamy, full-bodied Merlot. Soft, supple tannin and a long, persistent finish make this a lovely wine on its own, but it would sing alongside BBQ chicken or pulled pork.
