Tasting Note:
Impeccable, burnished character with aromas of bruised apple, roasted chestnut, lime flower, white apricot, and Morello cherry. A fine mousse is bolstered by nervy fruit, green tea, orange zest and taut, racy acidity on the palate before a decidedly chalky finish.
