Moillard Coquillage 2017 Chablis, 12.5% abv

Opens with a restrained nose of toasted vanilla, lemon cream, butter, and honey. On the palate, there’s lemon-lime zest and an oyster shell minerality on the finish. Fresh acidity, yet a good deal of complexity overall.
