Tasting Note:
Aromatically subtle, there are some notes of minerals and white peach. The fruit opens up tart and bright with apricot and honey filling the mouth. Medium viscous and with a touch of sweetness that is almost unrecognizable, the wine is beautifully balanced and full flavored.
