Complex and exotic nose of walnut husk, jasmine, honeysuckle, kiwi, honeydew melon, and sea minerals. Its dryness belies its rich flavors on the palate, with brioche, orange marmalade, pineapple, and thyme. Quite an exuberant and delicious Cava.
