Tasting Note:
This mature agave pours a very attractive hue of gold mahogany and shows a bouquet of red bell pepper, orange marmalade, fresh sawdust, French pastry, and cherry liqueur. The palate shows chewy oak tannins and finishes with long flavors of baking spice.
