Tasting Note:
On the sweeter side of bittersweet, but the liqueur has expressive notes of menthol and peppermint, over a foundation of bitter barks and roots. As a classic digestif, this has cassia bark, hints of sassafras, and sweet cherry generously coat the mouth.
