Tasting Note:
A pitch perfect nose of puréed apples, sticky bun, toasted oak, and pralines in cream allude to similar notes found on the palate. These sweeter, confected notes are tempered by a building, warm spice and black pepper notes. A serious bottle of brandy, indeed.
