Tasting Note:
A bold Irish whiskey aged in a combination of Bourbon, Sherry, and Madeira casks, though it favors the bourbon barrels the most with a rich sweet profile tempered by lots of spice. Bottled at cask strength, a splash of water opens it up nicely to reveal more flavors of grain, nuts and fruit.
