Tasting Note:
Wonderful aromas of burnt sugar, toasted corn, and bacon fat lead to a wonderfully balanced bourbon that is sweet up front, with allspice and mace coming out in the mid-palate. The finish is long and bittersweet, tapering slowly to a clean finish.
