Delicate and aromatic this barrel rested rum derived from freshly pressed sugarcane juice speaks softly of fresh linen, roasted hazelnuts, freshly baked peach cobbler with a generous scoop of vanilla cream. Lazy and relaxed, the rum was for slow summers and relaxation. Highly recommend to sip neat or chilled.
