Tasting Note:
With a nose of sweet Mirabelle plum, toffee, and jasmine, the Cognac displays ripe and dried fruit of black plum, raisins, and Bing cherry, with a spice-laden finish of vanilla, clove, and nutmeg. The finish is dry with a hint of bitter walnut.
