Tasting Note:
A rather nutty example of Canadian rye, there is roasted walnut and pecan notes that are the foundation for the more ethereal flavors of honey, fresh mint, white pepper, and green apple. The finish is a bit short, ending on a pleasantly nutty bitterness.
