Tasting Note:
Roasted corn and maple syrup-drenched oats marry well with pink peppercorn, rosemary, and tobacco on the nose. The palate seems soft and fruit forward at first, before steering savory with dry oak tannins, cinnamon, and bacon fat. A lovely Bourbon.
