Tasting Note:
Cocoa and caramel at first on the nose, with bright citrus pith, green pepper, sweet smoke, and burnt sage layered underneath. Sumptuous and vanillin on the palate, it is incredibly smooth with touches of lush tropical melon and black pepper that rises up on the finish.
