Tasting Note:
Charming and delicious, showing enough sherry finish to temper any roughness, and a good bit of winey flavor to boot, but the unsmoked malt is not overshadowed by sweetness, and retains a serious structure amidst the dried fruit, nuts, and chocolate flavors.
