Tasting Note:
Boasting a combination of Pedro Ximenez and Oloroso sherry casks, this 12 year old malt is decadent without going overboard. Thanks in part to a lack of perceptible smoke, the flavor profile is all about sweet dried fruit rounded out with a dose of sweet honey, vanilla, and oak.
