Tasting Note:
Somewhat cloudy pour with mother of pearl hue and an invigorating nose of freshly chopped ginger, raw peppercorn, horseradish, and onion skin. The palate starts out bracingly spicy enhanced by vigorous carbonation and finishes with slight sweetness.
