Tasting Note:
Toffee and star-anise jump out the glass with a hint of lemon oil. It is unctuously rich on the palate, with generous spice of cinnamon, nutmeg, and clove, with caramelized sugar, burnt orange peel and cream carrying through to the long and complex finish.
