Pungent and enthralling nose of red apple skin, green tea, passionfruit, mint, and mace. Opulent and round on the palate, but studded with marked notes of pink peppercorn, jalapeño, caramel, milk chocolate, and smoke. A wild and thought-provoking whisky, indeed.
