Tasting Note:
Intensely herbal and peppery on the nose, which is captivating and raw. Wild flowers, melon rind, and green banana also come to mind. Bright and equally exotic on there palate; there is also a streak of minerals and vanilla to soften out the lush tropical fruits and spice.
