This sophisticated bourbon is impressive. The aromas of toasted sandalwood, lemon zest, creme brulee, and ground corn abound in the glass. Stewed stone fruit leaps forth on the palate, followed by butterscotch, caramel apple, and custard. A long finish is kissed with brown sugar and heather.
