Tasting Note:
Comforting nose of pipe tobacco, warm maple syrup, blueberry preserves, and toasted cinnamon sticks. Deceptively smooth considering it’s high ABV, baking spice, sweet smoke, and pecan pie charge forward into a long finish with suggestions of smoked, peppered beef. An incredible Bourbon.
