This is a delightful approach to Mezcal taking a base of wild agaves and infusing with a mélange of citrus and botanicals. True to its origins the spirit blasts off with a nose of candied citrus and baked peppers. The palate offers more notes of grapefruit, licorice root, and a subtly spicy finish.
