Rustic, transparent, and unique, this is an impressive tequila. The nose is unmistakably driven by volcanic ash, flint, and gunpowder minerality. The palate adds notes of rhubarb, green banana, and fermented parsnip. Aromas of under ripe peach and dry flowers pick through on the finish.
