Tasting Note:
Very juniper-forward on the nose with wisps of freshly expressed lemon peel, lavender, and a touch of cinnamon and bitter wood from the oak maturation. This is a gin that would excel in a stirred cocktail or simply over ice with a splash of dry vermouth.
