Tasting Note:
A more funky espadin, the ripe tropical fruits here border on rancio with burnt orange peel, overripe banana, and cantaloupe. Fiery and spicy on the palate, there are complex and concentrated flavors of poblano pepper and ripe papaya, with oak smoke lingering underneath.
