Ebullient nose of gentian, acacia, cola nut, licorice, cinnamon, earl grey tea, baked red raspberries, and thyme. A perfectly balanced palate that pits deep, woodsy wormwood and cherries agains a succulent sweetness before a long, herbal, bitter finish. Absolutely excellent.
