Incredibly pungent and savory spirit. The nose opens with notes of gunpowder, horseradish, miso paste, and grilled peaches. The palate shows a mix of brothy, umami flavors of grilled green tomatoes, beeswax, and white peppercorns. The finish is surprisingly elegant and soft with the flavors lingering for minutes.
