Tasting Note:
A pleasant dram that opens with simmering applesauce and brown sugar on a wood-burning stove. Although somewhat lightweight on the palate, this caramel-toned dram is full of sherry-enriched substance with notes of walnuts, nutmeg, and buttery shortbread.
