Tasting Note:
Very sharp enticing nose which speaks of roasted barley, cardamom roasted rosemary, bay leaf, with gentle splashes of smoke and grilled root vegetable. There are definite and spice characters like nutmeg and black pepper to be found. The palate shows lovely fruit expression from grilled peach to fresh mango and bruised apple. Smooth with soft tannin and a lasting finish that transitions into a subtle sweetness with touches of vanilla.
