Tasting Note:
Soft ginger, butterscotch hard candy, allspice, and vanilla aromas allure one like a siren’s song. Medium-sweet up front, with some nice bitter notes coming from star anise with maybe a hint of peppercorn. The finish is fairly short, ending on a ginger spiciness.
