Tasting Note:
Pouring a distinctive shade of tawny and light plum, refreshing notes of plum, watermelon, rainwater and coriander float to the nose. Their are remarkable floral accents to the gin of rosewater and lavender. On the palate the gin is viscous with a gentle honied sweetness and refreshing tartness making it ideal for cocktails.
