Pouring a light gold in the glass the gin features lively, expressive notes of cumquat, gooseberry, candied blood orange peel, with a distinct herbal hues of thyme, basil, and oregano. On the palate the gin has a slightly honied sweetness that is discrete and pleasant while give a rich body and texture.
