Tasting Note:
A compelling gin with a distinct nose featuring juniper, cardamom, chamomile, tarragon, dried dill and sandalwood. On the palate the gin shows a lively spice with strokes of shard citrus and a discrete, pleasant honied sweetness. A lovely long lasting finish with trails into soft herbal tea notes.
